Uuummmm we have no height? Maybe?
Monty has done a great job bringing in and nurturing the young boys.
But his game plan and mainly during game management and instruction is horrendous.
Folded arms more worried about looking at the fourth official for sympathy than focussing on your players fiddling with the ball at the back with 30 seconds to go!
Get the f**king thing in there!
Countless times we have 4,5,6 players lined up standing still on their backline.
(Not even moving! Or changing places!)
Literally standing still.
We try to put a ball over top, headers falls back to where we should have some players but they run through as they are front facing and grab the scraps and they on the break with numbers in midfield.
No point having all that ball in the second half if we are all standing still and not even standing still in a position where they can recieve ball.

Long floaty balls instead of short ground passes, over and over.
Half the team looked uninterested.
Sozer needs a run.
Game management was hopeless.
Nkololo must have signed elsewhere. Needs to be dropped for a while.
Thurgate, in my opinion their most dangerous player just left unmarked for large parts of the game.
Repeated shit short corners.
Definitely a match to forget for us.

I'll be interested to see the replay, at the ground he appeared to not come for it when he should have. He didn't seem to want to come out to punch or catch corners, which as a defence you really want your keeper to do.

Our imports who we are investing good dollars are sadly not pulling their salary weight. If they did we would be at least seven points better on the table.

The way the team played gave me the shits, figuratively, thank goodness having to drive back to Sydney.
Any comments, we looked just like at the beginning of the season. Vanuatu was a dyd idea.

The issue is centre midfield. Easily swamped and as Mick said.
Ayongo,Beni and Tulio are just coasting.

We always seem to be out numbered in the mids so I don’t blame Max and Niz it’s the game plan. Others need to be helping out otherwise it doesn’t work and we get monstered. They were hungrier than us in the first half and we still have huge defensive issues especially when our set up doesn’t work like today. Shifting two goals is how we started the first two games. Not good enough IMO those issues should have been fixed.

It’ll be hard to pick a 3-2-1 out of that game and not for positive reasons sadly. The boys were soft in defence when it counted, lacked options in the midfield too often and looked like strangers in the front third.
Very disappointing result with 7,000+ at the stadium.
Jest must have heard there was a trophy up for grabs, jeez imagine their disappointment.

The first half was so disappointing we hardly got out of our half.....
Its happened before and like today at critical times .... but today was the best crowd I have seen in a long time looked over 10 K.... the western side looked packed .... and we play an awful game..... and in the name of the holy mother Mary we have the best striker in the league and he was playing on the right .... and we sent most paly down the left.....
Just as an aside no idea how hot it was today but FMD starting a game at 3:00 Daylight Saving time or 2:00 in summer in real time I think creates a poor game ....

Out coached and then the players were lazy and not smart enough to work out what to do when Newy blocked our avenues
First goal is our weakness. Aqualina has been caught to far inside and let a few crosses in for goals this season already and Farrell caught watching as he is exposed for not cutting off Trent. Trent can only score tap in so that was horrible defense but very clever and planned by Newy
They then cut off our pass to the far side when we go back to Danny. Instead of pressing Danny they sat off and cut off his pass wide instead and forced us to go long and give it back
