ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

For those of you interested I found out this week Hawkesbury Brewing Co at Lisarow will be televising, in correct aspect ratio, Mariners Vs Shitty FC and all our away games in the future. They are providing a food van(currently waiting for a food license) and commentary on the game. So I am afaid I will be giving Drifters Wharf a wide berth.

I know beer mate. You can't take that away from me

Agree, their beer is average. Their IPA and stout are the best of a bad bunch. Those two are decent. The Pacific Ale is just horrid.

When I went in for a tasting the lady at the bar must have seen my facial expressions and explained to me they are not a craft brewery. They are mass producing for a big market like an Asahi or a XXXX.

They are not producing for a beer snob like you and me.

How was it there? (Apart from the game)
A credit to Hawkesbury Brewing all Mariners members given free schooner of their choice mine being the Chocolate coffee stout YUM! Not many Mariners fans wearing gear but a decent crowd in all, great family atmosphere and very well behaved children. Also great screen and correct aspect ratio, these people know how to configure their equipment. On again next week. Oh and the pizza were great, mine was anyway, Spicy Pepperoni.

Well there's a few that won't be darkening Hawkesbury's doorstep with their shadows, Drifters Wharf no thanks I'd rather stick pins in my eyes.

Drifters and its various incarnations has been a white elephant since it opened.
The guys that run drifters now also own mumbo jumbos, shady palms and some new place that’s opening at Tuggerah. I’ve yet to make it to drifters but I assume it’s the same as the other two

It was busy when i drove past yesterday.

Went there for a Christmas party the previous year. It was pretty decent and the view is outstanding.

They put on alot of live shows and bring some big acts to the Coast. Pretty sure the owner said they can handle 1200 people so its an impressive venue now.
