hazlewood is taking wickets in the IPL ,i'd pick the king of melbourne .but the selectors won't .
starc, cummins ,hazlewood the goat . the batting line up is tricky . green has rattled off 3 tons in county .

This is the issue of playing a one off game in the off season for test cricket. Players are not match ready and it is showing on a pitch and conditions where the ball moves around.

It's in that space in the calendar though because players are prioritising the cash of the IPL over test cricket.
Nothing wrong with that as an individual - make hay while the sun shines.
Disappointing from a fan point of view that they promote it as a world championship and it's the standard of grade cricket 🤷🏻♂️
