Agreed. Loved Wrgamol and was disappointed when she left, same with Badawiya, but now we have fuller and an on form Pennock.
The one player I was disappointed to see go was Wardlow, thought she was one of the most underrated defensive players in the comp, especially with her speed and height. Was Devod when she left and was replaced by Brianne Riley who was average in her 5 games at the club before her mystery injury, Rowey has come in and made the position her own. However, looking at the injuries we have had this season the departure of Jaz hurts even more and more.captain out with an ACL, Irwin gets injured with an ACL, player that replaces Wardlow gets a mystery injury, injury to our injury replacement in seaman as well.
Leaving us with no depth whatsoever and having to rely solely on Sarah and Blake Hughes for depth at fullback while playing players out of position e.g Krazula, Garlic and Ray to make up for the CB depth issue.

I believe a few of the players that left were made offers but thought they could do better elsewhere. How did that work out for them

I also believe there is a stronger team-first culture this year. Wurgimula would have fit right in, don't think that's true of all those that left

Wurrigmulla was only on loan & her parent club recalled her.

jazzy was a huge loss . looked to be going on the be a top flighter
leia puxty i thought was unlucky to loose her spot .rowe's additional exprience and cross sport toughness
got her in front .
i think we did well to get over lossing irwin as she was our enforcer . it's a credit to nash ,ray and king

Others stepped as well which really was the difference. Langman was incredible and Quilligan and Martin were better players. Gomez was better than last season, as was Galic. Rass contributed more goals, Shay Evan’s improved and Fuller was a revelation.
