ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Edit - time changed because of heatwave, pushed back half an hour to 5:30 PM

Playing our 3rd game in 10 days (by next week it'll be 4 in 2 weeks) in 30+ degree temps, away from home, against the top of the table, an opponent that has played 110 minutes since the leagues resumption . It's fair to say Monty and the boys a gunna have to dig deep to get a result here.

Will be interesting to see how they go, not much football played by them however they looked good for the 20 minutes however they do lift for a derby. Less football can be worse than too much sometimes. Biggest problem is getting the AAMI park monkey off our back. We just play terrible there all the time.

First Vic game of the season and will be my little boy's first ever Mariners game in Victoria.

Just wanted people's opinion on bringing a five year old into the away bay, he's very passionate and desperately wants to, but Mum is concerned after Victory the other night. What do you guys think?

Should be right, even at my rowdiest away games the Mariners Active has been non-toxic, city seem like decent fans too.

The two best attacks in the league... we have the only attack that comes close to theirs...

Will be won by the best defence as both attacks can tear teams apart...

Mega test for the centre mids to close down passing lanes, especially down our right hand side...

Really looking forward to this match...

We got Adam Kersey with Shaun Evans on VAR.
Basically we've lost this before we've started if anything goes to VAR. Fkn cheating prick, he shouldn't be allowed any responsibilities for our games.

First time since I don't know when that we're outscoring City and top of the league for goals scored.

Defence has settled last two games, obviously been a focus of Monty's. Just hope Roux's ankle is okay.

Third game in ten days doesn't tell the story. Six day turn around is perfect for us imo.

Team harmony looks good. Motivated. Lot of depth...

Haven't felt we could get a result against City away since, again... I don't remember. But if we don't play within ourselves and turn up hungry, I think we can.

Putting money on it.

Yeah.. odds should be longer now.... Honestly, what are they thinking appointing the guy who they stood down last year for the same fixture. My hope is he won't want an embarrassing repeat of last time.

Without a win in twenty-six games in Victoria lasting nearly nine years.
Was our last win in Vic that Melbourne Heart game where Engelaar scored that one from halfway but we came back to win? Bloody hell that is a long time between drinks.

Googled it. 23 March 2014. 2-1 win. Kim 45+2, Ibini 77'. God we need to get this curse over with.

Bring him in. He'll have a great time. Although l believe the away bay is going to be baked in the hot arvo sun down there which isn't going to be fun.

No away bay against City:
Football Australia is also reviewing the conduct of some Melbourne City supporters at the Melbourne Derby. In the meantime, for Melbourne City FC home matches, Football Australia has also directed the APL to cordon off the home and away active bays until otherwise advised.
