I normally avoid the Woolpack if it's a weekend game, but it'll be alright midweek, besides the Wanderers have never been overly aggressive pre-game when I've been there.

I used to frequented the Rose and Crown it's just too far off the train line.

Next time this fixtures on I think I may try the Westmead Tavern, it looks to be on the train line, and a short walk across the park gets you there in no time, besides I like exploring new pubs. Just to short notice to be doing that one tonight.

I really feel fans deserve an explanation of sorts re Ollie, a club legend and (former) captain. Helped drag us off the canvas last year. I appreciate that Monty as a young coach might find it easier to deal with younger players and Ollie might be a strong character but dropping a player of his calibre without any explanation is hardly endearing for long time loyal fans. Just a thought and appreciate there’s a strong argument not to air one’s dirty washing but personally I feel aggrieved with a player of his calibre gathering dust….

We were getting pumped when he was playing.
I was one of the voices suggesting that he had been overdoing it, looked tired and needed a break. The break has been longer than expected, but if he were picked and played like he did in the last couple of games, he would not be the answer.
