Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

The same week he tells players he won’t be at the club season’s end.
Do we have a replacement lined up?

Will Luke Wilkshire take over? Considering he is our Head of Youth Development according to this:

Central Coast Mariners FC v Blacktown Spartans FC; Sunday 10 July, 3pm, Pluim Park

Central Coast Mariners return home back on top of the table to take on Blacktown Spartans this weekend.

In a weird twist, here I am talking about a Central Coast Mariners side who seem to be better on the road than at home. The Mariners sit on top of the standings both overall and away from home but sit third when it comes to the home table after seventeen rounds.

Confidence will be high coming into this one though after knocking off their fellow A-league academy on the road, something that hasn’t happened all too often in recent times. In an all-round impressive performance, Joshua Hong got a goal his recent performances have deserved. While Harry McCarthyyy topped it off with a goal of the season contender.

If remaining top isn’t motivation enough, they’ll also be looking to return the favour after Spartans beat them the first-time round.

Speaking of the Spartans, you will be surprised to know that they too didn’t play their fixture last weekend due to the weather. Last time they did take the field however, it was a good victory for Andy Montgomery’s side, one which was needed after some inconsistent form leading in.

The talking point from their recent performances has definitely been the goalscoring form of Emmanuel Gonzalez who is now their top scorer with ten goals this season (one behind Lachlan Bayliss in the golden boot race). Elsewhere, Joel Beattie has emerged as a good option for Montgomery winning starts in his past two games.

I notice the Football NSW website now routinely spells McCarthyyy's name with a triple "y".
Only a matter of time before Harry submits to the inevitable and changes his passport and drivers license to be the same
