ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

What happened at the station last night.

I saw a load of Police cars steaming up to the station about 15mins after the game finished. There was also a Chopper hovering around. What happened?

The scum were making their way back to the station about then with an escort of Gosfords' finest sauntering along doing nothing.

Centrelink bust perhaps?

Two incidents from what I hear. Four car train after near on 20,000 at BTS is asking for trouble.

First one a father had gotten off at the station and was calling his daughter (also on the train) to try and locate her. The police approach him and he brushed then aside, swiping a policewomen. They swarmed on him, handcuffs, face to the pavement etc.

Second one was when someone, having been cooped in crowded conditions, kicked out a window. Police on hand already.

If there had been a better train sevice would either of these happened?

A guy couldnt find his daughter on the train. He was getting quite aggitated (as you could expect) got off to see if he could spot her from the outside (there was no way you could get through from one carriage to another on the inside).

The police were being quite rude, but still the guy was a d!ck for having a swing

None of that seems like an overly big drama. By world standards is a derby game went off that well the authorities would be stoked

It is worth noting it was people from both sides being idiots

and to be fair, it usually is. that said, last derby at broadmeadow station there was a bit of a sing-off, but not really the sort of stuff to scare or worry people, but then we hadn't been in a pub drinking since 1pm that day.

i think the newcastle 'start drinking super early so you're good and tanked by kickoff' idea is great for passion, terrible for brains - some of the squadron appear to be prized f**kwits after a few drinks, far too many 18 year olds who haven't worked out how to hold their piss yet, hence coins and other assorted f**kwittery.

I don't know what I said that for lol it was just loads of Jets fans singing and about 10 Mariners fans stirring them up. A few people got taken out of the station through the gate but they just came back in.. Also guy wanted to have a go with a cop.

Getting out of the station car park was hell.... We literally just left the car parked, and had a kick of the ball for a while until the cars started to move again.

However, hanging around we didn't hear any sirens? Maybe it was before we got there, as we hung around at the game for about 15/20 mins after it finished.

Where were the cops though, when a bunch of families were trying to cross a busy road and usually they have cops to stop traffic..., but they weren't around and small children are trying to race across a road with their families?
