ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

As a referee I just watched the goal back around 5 times on 0.25 speed, zoomed in. It looks to me as if the city defender has touched/played at the ball, keeping GOATmez onside, therefore the goal stands. A similar incident happened to me today when I was AR, gaurentee AR would have called it but ref would have communicated that she saw a touch. Anyway that's my thoughts. COYY💛💙

She's offside by metres. The question is did the CFG player touch it last.
I don't think she did.
Unlucky eh :)
There isn't a CFG player anywhere near when the ball was played, so no chance of one touching it last.

Yoiu have to question the referee's positioning though. Miles behind play. Maybe the assistant ref was too.

I was expecting it to be called back.
I said to my Mrs, "Good finish, but she was offside."........ohh the flag has stayed down and there is no VAR......we are going to Melbourne!
No VAR...how come? Is that a finals thing or is there none in the women's season as well?

When the ball was touched last, looks marginally offside to me. My immediate reaction was that the goal would be cancelled. But the angles can be deceiving, so maybe it was good.

But who cares, we won! GF here we come! COYY!

If you look at the angle of the 18yd box line it is impossible to judge offside from that camera shot taken in the other half.
The linesman usually is in line with the last defender and didn't flag offside. It just looks bad because Izzy is alone after she sprinted through and lost her marker

We have more go forward when Quilligan is playing.
I have been dirty for weeks that Quilligan was ousted by Kraszoula, as Tess had been playing really well and gives the team such a lot of security in midfield imho.

She tracks opponents diligently, tackles well and generally makes good decisions with her distribution of the ball, so is probably our best No.6 in truth.

. i assumed Tess was injured when she wasn't even making the bench
