ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Really looking forward to our women's team. Can't wait to get into this and I hope the club really pressure the governing body to schedule our games appropriately so as to give us all the chance to attend in big numbers. Frothing for the day when we get to see 2 games at the stadium and seasons run concurrently.

Didn't she have some blood on her hands regarding Staj?
No way!
When Staj joined Macarthur he took over the team I coached the previous season of which Heather`s brother was an integral member.
Heather`s father bill was also a fellow coach there and coached my youngest son.
When Heather`s brother Nathan passed away Staj was at the funeral.
Also in the team was Alanna Kennedy`s brother Daniel and Matthew Thompson`s brother Mitch
So mate, behind the scenes it was a tight knit group.

I have the utmost respect for Heather,i`ve known her since she was about 6.
She was in my eldest son`s class at school and they remain friends and go to coaching courses together.
My eldest son also still has contact with Staj.
I`m pretty sure she didn`t have anything to do Staj`s sacking,I would have heard something for sure as i`m still well connected at Macarthur Rams....

Great to hear bro. Her name was sometimes mentioned in the same breath as Heather Reid. Sorry to make an ill-informed suggestion.

Hi @Shaun Mielekamp with the recent announcement that the England Women's team will be based on the coast, will there be any opportunity to watch them train or play a warm up game? Maybe meet some players at an event or something? We have friends coming over from England who's 10 y.o. girl is football mad and they'd love to do something involving the England team while they're staying with us. Thanks.

Chances are good - Shaun mentioned on this week’s pod that the England team have said they want to “leave a legacy” here on the coast.
