ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!
If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.
ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.
IMO that call to action should be after a decision is announced (I’m assuming it will be soon) should it go the wrong way. Much easier to gather a decent number with something concrete to protest.it's simple ! turn up at couch and gosford girls offices .with 50 members .
we have media savy people .
with ccm 6000 members , how to vote's .
and this will get sorted in one day
Pretty sure all the venues have already been announced, still doesn’t change the situation. The council needs to pull their grubby finger out, long before the Women’s World Cup. If Gosford is a chance at hosting games, thus increasing tourism, then surely the council would be serious on accomodating football (including CCM), which would create more jobs. Makes sense to me.
You can’t have an empty stadium just sitting there gathering dust.
Game day venues yes, training bases is what they’d be looking at getting someone in for afaikPretty sure all the venues have already been announced, still doesn’t change the situation.
The whole situation feels like a big game of bluff to me, seeing who will blink first. The Mariners taking their first home game away from the stadium could force the council into action.
If the "home ground" is NSO then it'll be one game. Nothing new. Just like the Roosters or Rabbits. It's a massive f**k you to council and a shot in the arm for receiving management rights to the stadium. Not like they'll ever get in anyway.Err...no home ground but still some games on the coast.
