Looks like a Ticketmaster issue mate, I’ve got the same message appearing both via web and the app. May need to just purchase at the gate if they don’t resolve it earlier.

Dan the legend has called me back and sorted us out after I emailed memberships@ccmariners.com.au and left a voicemail on 43537200.

Ticketmaster suggested we wait 48 hours for the message to go away...
