ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Just in case anyone hasn’t seen the fixture changes - we play Sydney FC Academy away this Sunday - originally scheduled to kick off at 3pm, however it will now be a 7pm KO due to forecasted heat. Unfortunately for anyone tuning in on NPLtv, it’ll still be my annoying voice taking you through it.

Nepean FC vs Central Coast Mariners, Sunday 19 March, 3pm, Cook Park

Nepean FC have their first home game of the season when they welcome Central Coast Mariners to Cook Park on Sunday afternoon.

It wasn’t the winning start that Nepean FC wanted after their 3-1 defeat to SD Raiders FC at Ernie Smith Reserve last weekend. Central Coast Mariners started the new season with a 3-2 win over St George FC.

The hosts will hope for a much-improved performance after some easy turnovers which proved to be their downfall last week. Nepean FC held some good possession and want to turn that into goals through Bronte Connolly and Gemma Morgan.

Central Coast Mariners were a well-oiled machine in their win and coach Dan Barrett will hope to repeat that dose on Sunday afternoon. It was an impressive display from Chloe Smith who scored twice and her eye for goal will be key for the Mariners going forward.

Anybody know if these matches are likely to be pushed back due to the forecast heat? The A league matches have been?

Usually I would’ve heard by now if it was going to be pushed back, so unless they make the decision day of (after getting a wet bulb temp reading), I’d say it’s going ahead as scheduled.
Thanks Pete.
goodness. It’s going to be a scorcher ?
