We have our names for the scum, plastics etc. This lot comes with a ready made insult. The Jafas, Its what other kiwis refer to them as-Just Another f**king Aucklander.
ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!
If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.
ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.
A bit more detail here.rip CanberraUpdate: Canberra expansion bid
A-Leagues Commissioner Nick Garcia has provided an update on the status of a preferred bid for a new A-Leagues’ licence in Canberra.aleagues.com.au
While I don't like byes I'd rather Canberra come in successfully a year late. Tony Pignata as CEO of Football Tasmania is keen to follow in (possibly as soon as 26/27 in a 10,000 Football Community Hub - state and Federal funding to help). If we could a 16th team to come in at the same time it would be ideal.A bit more detail here.

Sucks to be a Jafac. Sorry Dan.hmm, the jafas coming in to the comp huh, while i have no prob with that , what happens if they win the thing ?, the team they just beat gets their spot in the AFC , hardly fair to the coach and players
TBH it is unfair. They have no pathway to the riches of the Club World Cup. If they can't get an AFC spot they should be able to challenge the OFC member (almost certainly the semi-pro Auckland team).hmm, the jafas coming in to the comp huh, while i have no prob with that , what happens if they win the thing ?, the team they just beat gets their spot in the AFC , hardly fair to the coach and players
