Does anyone know if you can just select your usual seats as we were able to for the semi last night ? My wife and I are Gold members and we wanted to bring my daughter who arrived home from overseas yesterday. Can we buy a ticket for her next to us?

Reality is families or groups of friends with multiple memberships won't be buying 8 per membership.

Being able to buy 8 means a member can sit with their friends. I'm bringing 6 others that are regulars who come with me to 6-8 games a season but are not members. I'm also bringing one newbie who came to his first game last night and is quite likely to be a gold member next season off the back of these 2 games.

Been a member for 10 years, sat in this stadium for 3 seasons of crowds at 2-3k and watched us get spoons and floggings while the fair weathers were absent. I deserve to bring my friends who are fans to one big game.

We’ve got friends who have literally come to every game this season from a few games in, plus several away games. Son is now a regular in Bay 16. Even caught the bus a few times and it’s probably cost them more than a membership this season. I’m buying their tickets with mine. No issue and they will be members next year. Issue is with the people who sit on their backsides and have the time to flog their opinions on a forum non stop but won’t pay for a membership and think their opinions are worth membership perks.. But then then that’s me being a pretentious twat. I’m fine with that 😊

Not officially but you should be able to select them if no one else has bought them.

4 of my folks have dropped out after seeing prices. From my point of view it'll be cheaper than last year as I don't have to pay for travel or hotel.

Exactly the point I was making in our group chat as well. $20-odd more than last year but I’ll save that in the cost of beer alone, before even factoring in travel/accom.
