ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Mariners Squad 2022/2023

Expecting our squad to be eviscerated. Too many exceptional young players on shit money
Wanderers and Sydney desperate to recruit
This won't be pretty

In previous years I'd agree heartily. I expect some level of it still. But in our favour is

- a new owner keen on being a development club, unlikely to want to see young, freshly developed players go to rivals when we could make coin out of os transfers
- Boz and possibly Matty going should free up even more resources for upgrading contracts, possible sales adding more
- young players know they get a real shot and put in the shop window at the Mariners, no guarantees elsewhere,
- the culture is strong and the players are enjoying playing with their mates, and they seem to like and flourish under Monty

So I have more hope than I might have.

Word from Adelaide is that Nizzy and Kuol are signed for 2 years
That would be a monumental stuff up by us. If we learned anything from Miller it should have been to tie down Kuol in particular. Seems odd though with CCM and his family having a strong connection.

Thank God. Though tbh the mooted Brugge Birighitti move is the one that would hurt us the most
I spoke to Biris this week by chance. He mentioned he was going to UK with the National team and then having a break in the UK with family. I didn’t have the nads to ask him if he’s staying with Mariners.
Re Moresch as I stated earlier I was told by a very reliable source he has done an ACL and they expect 8-12mths out
