Guess we’re just going to have to hope the club makes a good call on this one, there are plenty of keen as mustard young coaches looking for a chance. Might get someone none of us know and they be a bolter like Benny Cahn ended up.

Youth coaching is different in that you need a certain personality these days and an ability to teach not just have a technical game plan.

Sadly anyone we get will be looking at a stepping stone.
Ben Cahn would be perfect but you could understand that he might see us as a downgrade
However, might be his best way into an AL gig when Monty moves on.

He coached the 20s last year under Christenson and seemed to do a very good job right up until the GF when the wheels came off - that might not entirely be his fault.

Was "demoted" to the 15s this year under the new CCMA regime.

He's been involved with the A-league squad since the end of the NPL season as well as the U15's. Don't think there'll be a rush to replace LW.

So Bernal and Simmo will help out that Brazilian bloke in the interim. 20s did really well under him last season didn’t they? Maybe he’s the guy for the job. Although that’s very shit he got demoted to the 15s so Elrich can do 20s. Many people would’ve walked away completely.
