I refuse to believe that Paull was signed other than as a project by Monty. He looks completely lost defensively at this level.

In his favour he does have those long raking passes upfield. just a pity that they are never to anybody except their keeper or the goal line.

I know he is young - but if we have better options - Hall, Windust - maybe even Larson - he is costing us points every week.

Our attack is also not firing - but there are signs, but you will not win many games if you constantly have to score 3 or more to win.

I feel like MJ has so far inherited Montys squad and was told "dont fix what isnt broken" and set about playing Montys way, with Montys tactics, for fear of derailing a successful team.

Hasnt worked out so far, so maybe time to dig into your experience and change up what needs to be changed, whether it be formation or overall play style, just try something different coz 4 losses on the bounce obviously isnt working

A few little changes buy nothing drastic. Last thing team needs is more change.

Needs to tighten the defense. If you can’t score consistently then at least stop the opposition.
